Sign up here to host the Posada....

During Advent we would normally see our Posada Nativity travelling around the parish as Mary and Joseph journey to the stable on Christmas Eve in the parish crib.

Due to the Covid restrictions we are unable to do this in person as we normally would, so this year we will host the Posada journey virtually around the parish via Zoom, WhatsApp video, FaceTime or telephone.

In order to host the Virtual Posada overnight, you will need your own Mary, Joseph and donkey crib figures (or alternatively if you are feeling creative you could make your own figures or even use a scene from a Christmas card) as well as a small candle or battery tea light.

When your hosting date is confirmed, we will share a Zoom link for you to use or alternatively in discussion with whoever you are handing over to/from you can choose to use another method such as FaceTime, WhatsApp video or just via a phone call.

We would love you to share a photo of your crib figures either with or without you and your family in the shot that we can then share on the parish website and Facebook page.
